Homeowner Association dues are due on the 5th of each month with a 5 day grace period. Late fees are charged after 10th of each month!

All units pay $290 in dues per month. Units with one extra parking space pay an extra $10 per month.

Pay Using Your Personal PayPal Account

The HOA has setup the following payment option to allow homeowners to pay HOA dues online from a checking account.

• Setup a personal PayPal account at www.paypal.com. The PayPal account can be easily linked to your checking account or credit card.
• Start a new payment request at PayPal.
• When prompted, enter the email address: payments@glendonway.org
• Enter the amount to be sent. You must add a handling fee of $10.00 for this service.
• Enter your unit number in the note field.
• Select your method of payment.
• Click on Complete Purchase.

Please note that if you need to make a larger payment or a different amount using a credit card please send your request to the board at glendonway-board@glendonway.org, in order to complete the transaction.

There is a handling fee of $10.00 for this service, online or otherwise.
